Once you book your appointment, you will be sent a confirmation email with the details of the appointment, a video consultation link and where it applies, any paperwork that needs to be completed. It is important to complete these forms before your appointments to allow your clinician time to go through them effectively.

We understand that life happens and allow for cancellations at least two days before the appointment ate. Appointments cancelled with less than 48hour notice are non-refundable.

Unfortunately, we do not offer in-person appointments currently. Our virtual appointments are designed to be as effective in having the detailed discussions on your lifestyle including nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress, chronic illnesses, and current treatments.

The initial consultations are designed to capture as much history and relevant information relating to your health. After this, we may need to wait for the results of any tests recommended by the clinician. A follow-up appointment is recommended to discuss your results and to provide customised recommendations towards achieving your desired health goals.

The six-week package offers you in-depth recommendations and support towards your health goals. Consultations are recommended to be booked weekly or bi-weekly to review progress, limitations and discussing further goals. Please note that the six-week package is not transferrable and is not refundable once part of the package has been redeemed. The six-week package has to be redeemed within six months.

The clinic is happy to respond to 1-2 emails after your consultations to clarify any points in the plan but beyond that all non-urgent queries will be answered at your next consultation. Any email advice from our clinicians beyond the 1-2 email limit would be chargeable due the time involved in answering further queries.
